“I am proud that, at Baystone Corporation, we strive to embrace our differences, celebrate the diversity of our people, and remain free from bias and favoritism. We uphold these values with the same great energy that we bring to our work every day. I will do everything I can to ensure that we all feel valued in our journey to create an inclusive culture."

What diversity, equity and inclusion mean to us
For an organization to embrace diversity and inclusion means it must treat people fairly, equitably, and without bias. It must create conditions that encourage and value diversity, and promote respect, dignity and belonging. It must foster an organizational culture that aligns the good of the company with the good of everyone who works in it. It must account for the fact that, although people are similar, we differ in many ways. A diverse and inclusive organization understands that these differences support performance and profitability.
We aspire to create an environment in which all employees feel that they belong, that they have purpose, and that they are valued for who they are. All employees should feel comfortable and supported to bring their whole selves to work. We're committed to ensuring that all Baystone Corporation policies, strategies, processes, and behaviors promote diversity and inclusion and contribute to our vision of an inclusive company culture. We follow and promote Diversity and Inclusion legislation by complying with its letter and its spirit. We avoid discrimination, which we recognize as a barrier to diversity, inclusion, equality of opportunity, wellbeing, and human rights.
